Since gummies like jellies and fruit gums are made, for more than 100 years cooking the ingredients at high temperatures was absolutely mandatory. Every manufacturer does this because there was no other way. But what happens, if you cook natural high value nutrients? – They degrade and loose what they stand for!
We finally solved that intrinsic contradiction, this persistent problem. With our pioneering technology we didn’t just lower the temperature a bit, we redesigned the process completely and brought the process down to room temperature, without any cooking step. And valuable ingredients can be delivered at their best for an ideal performance. For you!

Traditionally, gummies are made by a batch process which is just an upscaled cooking process as you are familiar with from the kitchen. We redesigned gummy making from scratch and transformed it into a high-tech continuous process which is fundamental in other fields where high-quality standards are asked.

Among all the process and product parameters, the content of the ingredient is of prominent importance, also regarding safety, an increasingly important issue.
